Thank you for choosing BECO. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, dispatch, and delivery for purchases made through our online store.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you have any questions prior to purchase, please contact our support team.

  1. Order Processing

Orders are processed on Monday to Friday, excluding official UAE public holidays.
  • Standard processing time: 1–3 business days for available items
  • If items are out of stock or require additional compliance checks (such as age verification or battery handling), processing may take 7–14 business days
Customers will be notified if any delay applies to their order.

  1. Age Verification & Compliance

BECO products are restricted to adult use only.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, or the legal age requirement in your country or region, whichever is higher.
We reserve the right to request identity or age verification before shipment. Failure to provide valid documentation may result in delays, cancellation, or refund adjustments where applicable.

  1. Shipping Coverage & Restrictions

At present, we only ship within the United Arab Emirates.
  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes or freight forwarding addresses
  • Orders may be cancelled if the delivery location is restricted by local regulations
  • We do not ship to regions where vaping products are prohibited or require import licensing
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to regulatory restrictions, it will be cancelled and refunded.

  1. Delivery Options & Timeframes

We offer the following delivery methods within the UAE:
  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by logistics delays, public holidays, customs checks, or other external factors.

  1. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
  • Selected delivery method
  • Order weight
  • Delivery destination
Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value, as shown at checkout or on promotional pages.
For domestic UAE orders, all applicable taxes and duties are included. Future international shipments (if enabled) may require recipients to pay import duties or taxes.

  1. Battery-Containing Products & Hazardous Goods

Some BECO devices include lithium batteries and are classified as regulated goods.
These products may:
  • Require special handling or packaging
  • Be subject to restricted carrier options
  • Have adjusted processing or delivery timelines
We reserve the right to modify, delay, or cancel shipments that cannot be transported safely or in compliance with applicable regulations.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details.
Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier. If no movement is shown for an extended period, please contact us for assistance.

  1. Failed Delivery & Return-to-Sender

If delivery cannot be completed due to:
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal of acceptance by recipient
The parcel may be returned to us.
In such cases, return shipping fees and applicable handling charges may be deducted. Re-shipment can be arranged after additional shipping costs are paid.

  1. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt.
Any issues such as damage, missing items, or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours, along with supporting photos and order details.
Once reviewed, eligible claims may result in replacement or refund, in accordance with our Return Policy.

  1. Order Cancellation & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
If cancellation is requested after shipment, the standard return process will apply. In such cases, return shipping fees may be deducted unless the issue is caused by our error.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on the payment provider.
